We want you to be very happy with your purchase from Kate Boggiano. If for any reason there is a problem with your merchandise or you need to exchange it for something else we encourage you to do so.
All returns and or exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. Returnable items are anything from our current collection or the pre-sale section of our website. Full returns are not available for clearance items, Tailor it! and Create Your Own Shirts. Returned items must be in good condition and not previously worn. In order to mark down our Clearance items as low as possible, we are no longer able to take returns. If you are not happy with your Clearance item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item for STORE CREDIT ONLY that will come in the form of a gift certificate. Gift certificate may not be used at stores or boutiques that carry the Kate Boggiano line but may be used at our studio/store or online.. Since the Tailor it! and Create your own shirt are made to your specifications and measurements, they are not returnable. If we have made an error or for whatever reason your custom shirt does not fit, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. If you need to exchange an item, please fill out the backside of your receipt with the item you are returning and the item you want to exchange it for or call (866)388-3501 for assistance. Shipping charges will be waived for exchanged items.
